Any time you want to check your reward points, click the  'CHECK REWARDS' menu at the top of the page. A pop up will appear and prompt you to log in  to Isee your rewards.

Click on the 'Check Rewards' tab on the top menu bar. Just for Signing up we will give you 200 points!! That is a $20 OFF voucher straight away.

Carolina Lifestyle offers a Loyalty Points program to reward customers for their online and in-store purchases.
You will earn 1 point for every $2 you spend.

If you shop online your points will automatically be added to your account. If you are shopping with us in store, please remember to tell the sales assistant that you have a Loyalty Account with us. That way she will assign your purchase to your account and you will automatically receive your points.

Points can be redeemed as follows:
o100 points = $10 OFF
o 200 points = $20 OFF
o 500 points = $60 OFF

When you accumulate enough points to unlock a voucher, you will receive an email notification with a link to your Customer Portal. You can choose to redeem your voucher either online or in-store.
Once you click "CLAIM" on your voucher, you have 30 days to use it. After 30 days, the voucher will expire and cannot be used. If you do not wish to use your voucher within 30 days, do not click "CLAIM." Your points will remain in your account and can accumulate, unlocking larger vouchers over time.

• Only one voucher or discount code can be applied per purchase.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.

• Loyalty Points will expire after 6 months (on a rolling basis) of inactivity on your account. Inactivity is defined as not earning or redeeming points within a 6-month rolling basis.

For example, if you shop with us in Jan 2024 but don't earn or redeem with us again until Sept 2024, your points will expire as your account was inactive for a 9 month period. However if you shop with us every 6 months then you get to keep all your points and your older points won't expire!
