We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to allow for any unexpected courier delays. 

When will my order be dispatched?

If items are in stock, we aim to have your order dispatched within 24-48 hours.

Please note delivery times may vary when we have a sale or over festive holiday periods where high demand can cause delays.  We encourage you to place your orders early to avoid disappointment.

Your order may have been split into multiple deliveries if one or more of your items are coming from a different locations.

No additional delivery charges will be incurred and you will receive an email with the items in each parcel.

SAME DAY DELIVERY IN SYDNEY AND MELBOURNE 

- Orders before 11:00am will be sent the same day 
- Orders after 11:00am will be delivered the next day. 
- Price is dependant of radius from Alexandria warehouse (Sydney) and Armadale Store (Melbourne)
- Only eligible for same day delivery if whole order is located at fulfilment location

DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMES

You will receive a confirmation email from Carolina once your order is placed.
Once your order is then dispatched you will receive an email from Carolina with your parcels tracking information.

If you are having your package express posted and you are located within NSW/ACT or the national Express Post Network (most metropolitan areas), this means next day delivery for majority of customers. 

Shipments in regional areas outside the Next Business Day Network take 3-6 business days. 

We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit. 

Shipping times do not include dispatch time.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES

All international orders are sent using FedEx or DHL.

A flat rate of $20 is charged on any international orders.

Carolina dispatches all international orders through FedEx or DHL to ensure that you receive a premium service and fast delivery. Wait no longer! 

You will receive a confirmation email from Carolina once your order is placed.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation shipping email with your parcels tracking information.

Shipping times do not include dispatch time. 

If you are not home when your package is delivered you will be left a calling card to arrange delivery at a different time.

To avoid this try and provide an address which you will be at between Monday-Friday.

New Zealand:
- Estimated delivery 1-5 business days (not including regional areas up to 4 business days)

North America:
- Estimated delivery 2-5 business days

United Kingdom & Ireland:
- Estimated delivery 3-5 business days

Asia:
- Estimated delivery 2-5 business days

Europe:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland
- Estimated delivery 2-5 business days
